Privacy Policy

This site collects almost nothing. It sets no cookies, loads no advertising or tracking scripts, and measures traffic and performance only with cookieless, first-party telemetry that counts visits and timings without identifying you. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form, and it is used to reply to you.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you enter in the contact form: your name, email, and, if you provide them, your organization, role, portfolio or facility, the reason for your message, and the message itself. We do not create accounts, and there is nothing to log in to.
Page analytics are aggregate and anonymous: which pages are viewed and how often, counted without cookies or persistent identifiers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and includes no advertising or social tracking. Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, served from this site's own domain with no cookies and no persistent identifier: visits are grouped by a daily-rotating anonymous hash and reported to us only in aggregate. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider sees your visit. Browsing the site leaves no marketing trail.
Service providers
Three service providers help operate the site. Vercel processes requests whenever you browse; the other two process data only when you submit the contact form:
- Vercel hosts the site and provides its cookieless page analytics. As the host it processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to serve pages and to derive the anonymous, aggregated view counts described above.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated abuse. When you submit, it processes a verification token and your IP address to confirm you are a person. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a tracking CAPTCHA.
- Resend delivers your message from the form to our inbox, and delivers the insights list to addresses that confirmed a subscription. Your submission passes through Resend to reach us.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply, to scope the work if it fits, and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking. If you request a resource such as the pro forma workbook, we send it to the email you provide and nothing more.
Retention
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain a reasonable business record. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@wearejde.com. Since we collect so little, these requests are simple to honor.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with HSTS, and it runs a strict Content Security Policy with a per-request nonce and no third-party scripts. These measures protect the data in transit and reduce the site's attack surface.
